By accessing or using PostiWeb ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, customers, and contributors.
Description of Service
PostiWeb is an AI-powered SEO content automation platform that generates keyword strategies, content calendars, and articles, and publishes them to connected CMS platforms. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change upon 30 days' notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. No refunds are issued after 7 days.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate spam or malicious content, to violate any third party's intellectual property rights, or to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Content generated by PostiWeb on your behalf is owned by you. You grant PostiWeb a limited license to process and publish that content as directed by you. The PostiWeb platform, software, and trademarks are owned by PostiWeb and protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PostiWeb does not guarantee specific SEO results or rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostiWeb's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
